Eliminating Production Risks: Expert On-site Inspection Services
The biggest risk in international trade is receiving products that do not meet the expected quality. With our resident engineering team in China and the Far East, we visit your factory in person to ensure quality.
Our Professional Inspection and Control Processes:
- Factory Technical Audit: On-site verification of the manufacturer's legal documents, machinery, quality management certificates (ISO, etc.), and production capacity.
- During Production (DUPRO): Early detection and correction of potential mass errors with inspections performed when production is at 20%-50%.
- Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI): Final quality approval by sampling performed according to AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards when production is complete.
- Laboratory Testing: Testing product compliance with technical standards, durability tests, and chemical regulations in accredited laboratories.
- Container Loading Supervision: Reporting by personally supervising the loading of products into the container in the correct quantity and without damage.
